Customer Service
Everything we do has a purpose. Right from outset, our focus is customer service. We believe in good communication and doing what we say we are going to do. What’s more, we won’t start any work without approval.
We take photos of each job from beginning to end so depending on the work involved, you can see the progress. We pride ourselves on returning all vehicles to their owners looking as good as (if not better) than when they rolled off the production line. Because a lot of what we do is hidden beneath the body work, we understand that the extend of the repairs isn’t (and shouldn’t be) obvious. That’s why we photograph each step.
This gives you the peace of mind that we have carried out repairs to a high standard and also, allows us to have a record of each vehicle so that should it require further work in the future, we have an up-to-date history.
